XV-Everybody's Nobody

Here is a mixtape from in my opinion one of the most original and dopest new artists in the game, XV. Now I'm not one to jump on the bandwagon and make it sound like I've been bumping XV a long time because in reality I havent. The only reason he got any play from me in the first place is because I saw a YouTube video where he freestyled with J. Cole (Roc Nation's new artist and a crazy lyricist), and to my surprise this guy I never heard before snapped as hard as J. Cole. But the video is coming soon and for now sit back and enjoy XV's new project. Oh and by the way this tape has a bunch of crazy features like Big Sean, Wiz Khalifa, and Colin Munroe

Trey Songz - Genesis: The Birth of Songz (Demo/Mixtape)

This is Trey Songz's mixtape/demo CD. This is old Trey Songz when he was grinding out trying to get a deal. This gives you a look at how Trey got started which will give you a better idea of what he might end up like later in his career. Like my grandma always told me "you cant know your future unless you know your past."

Trey Songz's Summary of Genesis

Genesis - the beginning of it all. I was a kid with big dreams. At the age of 15, I met Troy Taylor, My Producer, Mentor and founder of Songbook Ent. He lived in Jersey while I was a high school student living in Virginia. We kept contact throughout the school year & I’d come to Jersey for whatever school breaks we had AND the summers to hone what had now become my craft. While I loved music, like anybody does, making music was new to me. You will hear the Immaturity and youth in my voice, you’ll hear me learning how to record. This is Trey Songz PRE - Gotta Make It. Most of the songs you will hear were recorded in a basement in Teaneck, New Jersey. I slept on a fouton, I woke up to loud music and was made to think of melodies and concepts before I washed my face or brushed my teeth. I could make 10 bucks stretch for 2 weeks because I’d rather not burden my mother. I drove a 88 Honda Accord that had 2 different color doors with no radio back and forth from VA (or Baltimore) to Jersey. This is only one chapter of my story, you’ll learn more as we grow together. I want my fans to know my musical path, know the work I put in and see my growth. Know that ANYTHING is possible. If u believe in YOU like no one else could ever have a work ethic to match and u cannot be stopped. With that being said…I give you GENESIS.

Al Be Back- Hi (Presented By Mick Boogie

Before anyone says anything, yes this is "Brooklyn" from ATL, and yes he raps now. But one thing i dont think anyone, not even the 269, expected was him being pretty good. For his first tape it was pretty solid and it was a good effort. What a lot of people didnt know is he is actually the cousin of the late great Big Pun and he does try to immulate his cousins flashiness in some of his raps. Dont worry he's not trying to be the next Pun but he does pay homage to the big hommie.

Red Cafe Talks New Mixtape Hosted By Diddy

“The new mixtape is on the way. This new mixtape is gonna be so tough. It’s hosted by Diddy; it’s gonna be crazy. Something special. You gonna have freestyles on there, original records on there you never heard… Every record on here is brand new. Everything was designed totally for this tape.”

“The album, I definitely gotta take care of the streets,” said Red, a veteran in the rap game. “My core, they’ve been riding with me for however long, but my core wants to see me take it to the next level. I wanna deliver those next-level records to make sure we stay in the penthouse, not the lobby. I think they wanna see that growth. You spoon-feed them, you don’t wanna jump all the way out the there. They might be a little afraid of that. I try to find a nice medium.”

Young Chris - 30 Days 30 Verses

This is some new work from Young Chris (formerly of the Young Gunz on the Roc-A-Fella Dynasty). Young Chris has been heavy on his grind trying to make it as a solo artist in the rap game following the downfall of the Roc-A-Fella dynasty. But now he's back with a new mixtape with him covering 30 songs releasing a remix a day. With a grind like this you can tell artist like Lil Wayne are forcing the rest to stay on their creative A-Game. But check out the mixtape, I htink your gonna love it.

Drake- Room For Improvement (Special Edition)

This is Drake's "Room For Improvement" Mixtape. Its his first on record lyrical offering and it came out in 06. Now trust me even though it came out in 06 it doesnt show, if 06 was sprinkled in afew bars throughout the tape I wouldnt even know. The tape is quality with the 1st version of "City is Mine" which is later mastered on "Room For Improvement," it also has "AM to PM" which is crazy along with "S.T.R.E.S.S." and one of my favorites "Kick Push (Remix)" which is crazy like for real if you take Lupe's original verses with Drakes verse and Pharrells verse on his remix you would have the perfect track. But check it out and give me your feedback.
