B.o.B. - Auto Tune
Here is B.o.B.'s spoof of the new autotune hysteria and for all you who think it's starting to get a little out of hand check out the Previous Posts on The Autotuned Madness
Haha here are the lyrics for all those interested. You can tell B.o.B. definately dumbed it wayy down!
(Chorus)
But i couldn’t hit the notes/
I could’ve got a vocal coach/
But i ain’t want no vocal coach/
Then someone showed me this plug-in/
So you can’t hear the notes i miss/
So i don’t need no vocalist/
And now i got an instant hit/
(Verse)
When I come through I’m a boss/
Everything i do i just floss/
And you know what I’m doing/
When do it, everything that i do is just real!/
And you know i ain’t playing, im just saying man/
Everything in my brain is playing/
When im on the mic im blazing!/
Man who am I? Just like a super-saiyan/
Man I’m just saying!/
When I’m in the booth man I’m never, never playing/
And let me just quit it/
When I’m on the mic these lyrics i kick it/
And it’s so exquisite/
Man i divide it up just like digits/
May i get a witness/
All up in church on sunday man, give it!/
(Chorus)
Pacific Division, The Knux, B.o.B, Charles Hamilton, Talib Kweli, Mistah F.A.B., Freeway & Blu - Pepsi Mic Pass
At the moment I'm speechless, literally everyone on this mike pass went in and bodied it. If I were you I'd keep an eye out for all of those artists because theyre bananas!

Lupe Fiasco & B.O.B In The Studio

Lupe & B.o.B.
I really hope their serious because they're two of my favorite artists. They both have lyrical skills and their both not afraid to take risks and be different so I have a feeling that this track is gonna be bananas. For the record I really hope B.o.B. works with all the peoplehe does YouTube videos with beacause he's talked about doing new songs with
- Charles Hamilton
- Mickey Factz
- T.I.
- Asher Roth
and a bunch more so B.o.B. you better get to work!

Is KiD CuDi Gonna Retire?

According to a recent update from KiD CuDi's Blog KiD CuDi, a new comer in the game and a member of the XXL Freshman Class of 09, announced that his debut album, that is set to date this summer, will be his first and last solo album. For all CuDi fans don't read too deep into it thinking CuDi is gonna join some hip-hop supergroup (like Slaughterhouse, CRS, etc.) according to CuDi "THE DRAMA THAT COMES WITH IT IS MORE OVERWHELMING THAN THE SHIT I WAS DEALING WIT WHEN I WAS PISS POOR BROKE." The funny thing is a fellow class mate of CuDi's (B.o.B.) made a similar announcement, and niether is the time to make a statement like this as a publicity stunt, but this leaves me wondering, what did these guys expect when they got in this game? One thing a lot of new artist need to understand that this really is a business like it or not, so if you really are as artistic as you say and you have a message dont sacrifice your art but make sure you do everything it takes to get your message out their. I understand it wasn't what you expected when you were watching YoMTV Raps back in the day thinking that this was what you wanted to do for the rest of your life but you have to accept what it is.
Personally i dont believe he's actually done with the game for good but I'm tired of these long early goodbyes, B.o.B., The Game, Jay-Z, Lupe, KanYe, etc. Its honestly played out no offense because these are all guys that get heavy rotation on my IPod and I have a lot of respect for what their doing but all these rappers need to get it together and accept how lucky they are that they get paid all this money to make music, the thing they supposidly love.
For more info on CuDi specifically check out the artice on his blog http://www.kidcudi.com/news/?p=583
B.o.B.'s Official Name Change
B.o.B. who is one of my favorite rappers from the freshman class of 09 has officially changed his name to Bobby Ray, which is actually his birth name. He said he felt like when he was B.o.B. he was trying to fit in the music game. Initially he said he was gonna quit the rap game all together because he didnt feel he was cut out for the business and politic side of it, but I'm happy to hear that B.o.B. decided to stick it out and go in a new direction. I'm actually pretty excited and anxious to see what this "new direction" he's talking about is.
